The CICF Youth Empowerment Workshops play a significant role in creating awareness and empowering young people by enabling them to effectively contribute towards building a tolerant Pakistan.
We at The CICF are committed to facilitate and help train the leaders of tomorrow in order to enable them to have a lasting impact on building a pluralistic and peaceful Pakistan.
The workshops were carried out by extremely competent trainers who focused upon conflict resolution, improved interpersonal skills, promoting peace and awareness about different perspectives.
The interactive workshops included lectures, interactive question and answer sessions and a variety of group activities designed as per the expertise of the trainers.
The knowledge and expertise of the trainers were very valuable to the participants. Our changing Mindsets Workshops have played a significant role in creating awareness and empowering the youth from religious minority communities, enabling and strengthen them to effectively play their role as responsible and peaceful citizens and to effectively contribute towards building a tolerant Pakistan. Through this program we have successfully empowered a significant number of young people who will now carry forward this mindset to their respective communities.
